So I know you have been rockin out to my completely awesome, heart pumping cardio mix, so let me keep your excitement going with my very own, super high energy cycling mix! I find the best cycling classes keep you motivated through the music. Its so much easier to keep up the pace when you are moving your feet to the beat. I tried to pick a variety of songs that will allow you to pump up the speed for sprints and then slow things down for a big hill climb and also some moderate songs in between for a standing sprint or seated climb. This playlist is FitBritt tested and approved! 😉
