I was so inspired by my visit to Chobani Cafe last week, I decided to make my own version at home! I went for the Fig + Walnut-figs, walnuts, honey and plain yogurt. The result? Totally delicious and healthy breakfast!
So, guess what!?! I have a new segment of posts for you called Workout For You (WFY). In this series I will provide you with workout guides and ideas for you to try on your own at home! So to kickoff my first Workout For You, I thought I would start you off with a quick but totally effective jump rope workout. Introducing my Quick Rope Calorie Burner. Its great because you don’t need a lot of equipment (hello jump rope), its inexpensive and you can get a lot done in a little bit of time (jumping rope can burn up to 10 calories per minute based upon your weight and jumping speed). This workout is perfect for those days when you don’t have a lot of time. Its so easy to say, oh I can’t fit in a full workout today so I just won’t do it. With this workout YOU CAN AND YOU WILL DO IT! Just repeat that over and over in your head until you are done!
