Hello all!  I have a new workout for you to try!  My workout for you today is a super quick, ultra effective calorie incinerator!  The best part?  You don’t need any equipment!  Give it a try!


At Home Calorie Incinerator

Warm Up

March in place bringing knees up to hip height 20x

Arm swings forward 20x

Arm swings backward 20x

Jog in place 30 seconds

Side lunges 20x

Repeat entire warm-up 1x

Calorie Incinerator

60 jumping jacks

20 pushups

20 burpees

60 crunches

30 squat jumps

25 tricep dips

30 jumping lunges

1 minute plank

High knees 1 minute
