March in place bringing knees up to hip height 20x
Arm swings forward 20x
Arm swings backward 20x
Jog in place 30 seconds
Side lunges 20x
Repeat entire warm-up 1x
60 jumping jacks
30 squat jumps
25 tricep dips
30 jumping lunges
1 minute plank
High knees 1 minute
