Holy guacamole! There was a snowstorm in NYC today! It is only the 7th day of November. This is crazy! I am not sure if I can take this unpredictable weather. I’m moving to Hawaii (I wish!).

So did you watch the election last night? I stayed up waaaaay too late hoping to hear some speeches. I finally crashed just after 12:30 a.m.-right around the time one of the newscasters said “Good morning.” Right that meant time for bed. It was an exciting night, no?
Well with all this crazy weather and crazy politics, you may have missed my announcement yesterday so I will say it again today! I’m officially committing myself to Jillian Michaels Body Revolution! It is a 90 day plan meant to help you lose weight and eat healthy. My goal is not really to lose weight-more just to tone up and stay strong but definitely to eat healthy. I think this is a great time to embark on this challenge with the holidays around the corner. While I still believe in indulging in moderation (I mean hello, it is all about balance!), I’m going to try and commit eating super healthy for the rest of the time. And since the workouts in this program are only 30 minutes each, it should be a breeze to fit them into my schedule. The biggest challenge is going to be staying motivated to do the same workout for 90 days since I’m a big proponent of variety (I love spinning, Zumba, barre classes, etc). So wish me luck and I’ll keep you updated on how I’m doing!*
