HIIT Treadmill Workout

Hey everyone!  Hope you had a Happy Thursday!  I’ve got an awesome Workout For You!  Check out my HIIT Treadmill Workout.  HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and it consists of moderate training interspersed with short bursts of very high intense “sprint” sections.  HIIT has become hugely popular because it is so effective at burning fat and calories in a short period of time.  HIIT workouts have also been shown to boost one’s metabolic rate.  Give my workout a try and let me know what you think!*  Click on the image to enlarge!
