My Turkey Blaster Workout

So with Thanksgiving just around the corner, I want to make sure you are ready to go!  Yesterday I gave you my Top Five Tips for a Healthy Turkey Day and today I’m going to help you out a little with those tips!  This Workout For You is a short yet effective calorie blaster you can do anywhere.  I like to fit it in early in the a.m. before a lot of the cooking has begun.  I’ll turn on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and bust out these moves for a maximum calorie burn.  Check it out!
