Thanksgiving Day Yoga

Hello, hello!  I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with you family and have been keeping track of My Top Five Tips for a Healthy Turkey Day and My Turkey Blaster Workout.  Now let me tell you about a great yoga class you can do to celebrate Thanksgiving and help your body digest all those goodies!

I’ve discussed YogaToday previously here and I can’t tell you how much I love having access to full-length online yoga classes in my home.  I almost always travel with my computer so I can do these classes literally anywhere.  I wanted to share this particular class with you because it is obviously very timely!  This class is great for your digestion and for burning off those extra calories you may have consumed at dinner tonight.  Its not too difficult but is energizing and fun.  Give it a try and see if you can’t shake that turkey-induced food coma!  $3.99 at
