I know its hard to fit in workouts and eating healthy during the holiday season (why do you think there is such a rush to the gym in the new year?).  But really, if you are committed to a healthy lifestyle, you can manage to fit in short workouts throughout the season to maintain your routine and prevent a total landslide into indulgence city.  This Holiday Blitz workout is super short and super effective.  You can do it without any equipment and you just need a little bit of space to move around.  So wake up 15 minutes early and fit in this workout before heading to that Xmas party tonight!  You’ll feel better if you do! 🙂
