New Year Rear

New Years is just around the corner and with the indulgence of the holidays, I need a super effective and quick workout to help me look stunning in my NYE party dress.  But, if you’re like me, you’re probably feeling a little bit lazy and not ready to commit to a full workout routine.  I mean, who can blame you for wanting that holiday feeling to last a little bit longer?  So I’ve devised this super quick workout that helps me shape my rear for the new year!  Check it out:

Bonus- Because these moves work your largest muscle group, they provide some cardio benefit as well! 🙂  Cheers!
