Hello there! Happy New Year! I hope you did something celebratory last night! Well its that time again, the New Year! Time to make resolutions (which often include losing weight, transitioning to a healthier lifestyle, exercising more, etc). Well, did you know that on average, most Americans abandon their New Year Resolutions by January 10th. Yes, that is right, a whopping 10 days after the New Year begins.
