This Green Smoothie is easy to make and is packed with nutrients. it will help you get your recommended daily intake of fruit and veggies plus the yogurt and peanut butter will give you a huge protein boost and help keep you full until lunch. You gotta try this!
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1-2 cups of baby spinach
1 plain non-fat Greek yogurt (I use Chobani)
1 scoop of reduced fat peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup of milk
3-4 ice cubes
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
This recipe is so easy but if you are short on time in the morning, you can assemble all the ingredients the night before and leave the blender in the fridge. Just wait until the morning to add the ice cubes!
