Couch Potato Workout

Hey all!  How are you doing on your resolutions?  Hope you haven’t given in yet!  We’re just getting started here.  Well, if you feel your motivation waning and the couch is calling you more than the gym, don’t worry.  I got you covered.  Check out my couch potato workout!  Its a perfect way to fit in some exercise while you are lounging in front of the TV.  Just perform each move during the commercial breaks for your favorite show.  When the commercials are done, sit back and relax. . . that is until the next commercial break.  Don’t forget to alternate sides when necessary!
