Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and I know we all want to look our best for our dates 😉  Well, I’ve got a quick Valentine’s workout for you that will help you look your best!  So show yourself a little bit of love this Valentine’s Day and do this workout, before you know it you’ll have swarms of admirers asking you to Be Mine!
Equipment:  A mat and a set of weights (I used 8lbs, 5lbs and 3lbs but you can use whatever works best for you).  Some hot tunes! 🙂
