Hi there! Hope your week is going well! The hubs left for Mexico again today so I’m back to my lonesome. On the bright side I have plenty of time to workout and write some pieces for you all! 😉 I hope you are sticking with your goals to shape up for tank top season! I’ve been trying to stick with my Spring Shape Up! This week I wrote down a fun workout I do on the treadmill. In this workout you are constantly changing your running speed so 1.) you don’t get bored; and 2.) you push yourself harder than if you were just doing a medium speed endurance run. It’s only 30 minutes and is pretty easy to follow! I use it for the treadmill but you could adapt it to work for any piece of cardio equipment. Check it out below!
