Hi all! Happy Friday!! TGIF! I’m so psyched that today is such a nice day and it’s going to be an even nicer weekend! Finally!! I’m breaking my usual Friday silence (seriously I have to shut down and relax sometimes! 🙂 ) to bring all my New York friends some news about a program that I think could be a very beneficial addition to your healthy lifestyle. Since we are already focusing on having a healthy weekend, I thought this would be a perfect addition!
This Saturday at the New York Public library, Jeff Cannon of the The Simple Truth Project will host a Modern Meditation practice. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how meditation can help you obtain an healthier and happier life. This three-part series was created for those who have little or no meditation experience. If you are worried about monk lookalikes showing up or weird chanting, don’t be scared! This is meditation for the modern New Yorker. You know the kind- stressed, super busy, no time for themselves. If this sounds like you, take this opportunity to learn more about how meditation can reduce your stress and anxiety.
