I chose these DVDs because they are high quality, motivating and make me come back again and again. You don’t need an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment to reach your fitness goals and these DVDs will help you get there. Read on to find out my top DVDs for 2013!
1. Les Mills Pump– This is the ultimate barbell workout! The best part is you can do it in your own home.
2. Turbo Fire– This is so much more than kickboxing. With HIIT workouts, sculpting and stretching, this series will transform your whole body.
Greaf choice of workouts. I love the Dreambody series, they really are tough workouts. I’ve done Beachbody Insanity and loved it but I think the Dreambody workouts are as challenging but fun too. I like Tracey Mallett’s workouts too along with anything Cathe Friedrich makes. Have you heard of Paul Katami’s new workout system 4×4? Very tempted to buy it once shipping is offered overseas.
