Accept the Challenge: Find Your Balance February + A Giveaway!

Hi friends! Can you believe it is already the last week in January? I don’t know what happened! But I’m so excited that it will be spring soon….right!? Anyway, you know this month I’ve been committed to helping you Jumpstart January (you can catch up on that here, here and here) to reach your fitness and health goals and I want to continue this into February with Find Your Balance February! As you may know, I’m an IDEA Inspired Blogger (you can check out my badge on the righthand sidebar!) and I’m teaming up with them to host a ChallengeLoop for the month of February!
In case you don’t already know, IDEA is the world’s largest association for health and fitness professionals. I was accepted into their blogger program at the end of last year and I couldn’t be more thrilled! IDEA is an awesome organization and is such a wonderful resource for health and fitness. Their conventions attract big names like Tony Horton, the creator of P90x, and Chalene Johnson, creator of Turbo Fire.
Ok enough about them, let’s talk about you! I want to challenge you during the month of February to stick with your healthy living goals. It’s so easy to forget all of the good intentions we have on January 1st and fall back into our old habits. Not this year! This year you are going to stay committed and find your own healthy balance, the same way I strive to find my balance everyday on this blog. I am challenging you to do ONE thing EVERY DAY to help you live a healthier life. It can be sweating, practicing yoga, trying a healthy recipe, walking more–it doesn’t matter! You can do a different thing everyday or stick with the same thing. The point is just do one thing every single day to work towards a healthier lifestyle.
To take this challenge all you have to do is click on over to the ChallengeLoop website and ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE! Then don’t forget to check in with me for the month of February and show me what you are doing to work towards a finding your balance for a healthy lifestyle! Leave a comment on the challenge site or provide a photo, video or a hyperlink of you doing something to find your balance! You can also download the free iPhone app and check in using your mobile device. Don’t forget to share using the hashtag: #FindBalanceFebruary!
Oh and did I forget to mention that the winner of the challenge will receive a prize?? That’s right! The winner of Find Your Balance February will receive a gift card to ATHLETA! Can you share with me what were the requirements to become an IDEA inspired blogger? I’m still a newbie in the blogging world & have a lot to learn. I would love to get more involved & learn though.

IDEA is a new blogger program that just opened up at the end of last year. I applied and was accepted. It is a similar process to Sweatpink or Girls Gone Sporty. I’ll try to find the application and send it to you!
This looks like such a fun challenge! Unfortunately, I won’t officially sign up because I’m so dang sick and pregnant. 🙁 I love Athleta though! Maybe I’ll pick some things out to reward myself with after the baby comes! Oh, and that’s cool you’re an IDEA inspired blogger. Sounds neat!
I had no idea the entire class would be with hand weights. My arms were on fire! I will have to check out your arm burner…but not today! What are those things that look like brownies but with lighter icing and chocolate chips on top? Merry Christmas to you and your family!
