Hi all! First up I just want to thank you all SO MUCH for Accepting the Challenge and joining Find Your Balance February! I am so excited to take on this challenge with you guys and I have been overwhelmed by your positive response! I had a few questions so I wanted to give you a quick rundown on a few things.
First, you can do anything you want to satisfy this challenge! As long as it helps you achieve a healthier lifestyle (or maintain a healthy lifestyle), it meets the challenge guidelines. So pick whatever it is you want to do!
Second, you don’t have to check in every day. I want you to aim to commit to your goal every day for the month of February but you only need to check in a minimum of 4 times (once a week!) on the challenge website. Of course the more you check in the better your chances of winning!

Ok, now that I’ve convinced you to try out yoga, why not try out this video!? I created this 20 minute yoga-inspired video for flexibility. I shot it in the Whitsundays, Australia and it has the most relaxing backdrop!

That’s right! My mom! We had such a blast making this video! I hope you find it nice and relaxing. As a side note, we started filming this and in Lover’s Cover which on every previous day had been completely empty but for some reason on this day there was large Italian family that kept walking in front of the camera and staring at us. So we kept having to restart it and finally towards the end it started getting dark so you can only see our silhouettes. I hope you enjoy the video! Let me know what you think!

I’m horrible about taking enough time to stretch – I try to when I do workout DVDs but when I run I stretch my calves and that is it.
