Three has mathematical significance as the first prime number and religious significance in many religions, especially Christianity where it represents the holy trinity.

I’m in my third year of marriage this year and the third decade of my life.  Three also represents the points of my blog: balance through food, fitness and life.

I’m excited to share my journey with you and I hope you will continue to follow me and leave your warm and thoughtful comments because I love hearing from you.  While this blog will remained focused on all things fitness and healthy living related, I will be posting about the babes from time to time since it is probably the single biggest thing going on in my life at the moment.  Thank you so much for your continued support and loyal readership!
