Hi friends! I’m just checking in today to check in with you! Remember way back when we did Jumpstart January? Well, we are halfway through the year now and it’s time to evaluate our progress and decide where we are headed. Remember the goals you set? How are you doing reaching them? Do you need to reassess and make smaller, more manageable goals? Have you made progress? How does it feel? Have you fallen off the wagon? Is it time to get back on?
I hope you are on track and making progress! Check out my tips for reaching your goals if you need some extra help!
What is it about expecting a baby to throw you off-track from working towards your goals? I can’t even remember the ones I set at the beginning of the year, aside from working out 4 times per week (which has gone quite well, especially with the additional accountability blogging brings).
I have reached some of my goals. I ran my first half marathon in May and I will be doing a 33 mile bike ride in Ride For Roswell this Saturday. My biggest goal, which seems to be sidetracked, is to have lost a total of 45 pounds. I lost 15 in my half training but now it’s a standstill. I’m still working towards it!
It is always a process! Sometimes I stick to workout goals with fidelity and sometimes I get way off schedule and need to start all over again! C’est la vie.
I feel like my fitness is struggling to come back from my injury. My trainer wants me to take several days off to reset my body. Thankfully, I don’t have foot pain but I have aches and pains everywhere else.
Wow – look at you rocking the Bowflex gig!!!
I don’t really do goals but I have a couple things I’m working on for this year and it’s actually going pretty well!!
I CANNOT believe it’s already 1/2 way through the year!!!!! SO much has happened thus far – I can only imagine what’s to come in the remainder of the year!!! AND I AM EXCITED 😀
The year is halfway over – I can’t believe it! I think while I’m still struggling to make progress (which is basically what life is anyway), I think I’m much further head than I was 6 months ago. 🙂
