Since when did wrapping presents become a fitness activity? It is when you do it like this. For every gift you wrap, perform one of these five moves for one minute each. Once you have completed each move once (and you still have more gifts to wrap), start the list over again!
Gift wrapping is arduous- good to remember the joy of giving and mostly the joy of the season. Never have I combined wrapping gifts with workout, however, my friend and I are shopping for wrappings today and we plan to do the jumping jacks and squats (and maybe a modified pushup) in-between.
