I’ve been lucky enough to have both my mother and my in-laws around so it just seems like one big party every day (and every night but that’s usually just a party with me and the babes!). Let’s face it, although the holidays are magical, they can also be kind of stressful. Take a few minutes to grab some serenity with this yoga pose. Downward dog offers strength and stretch all in one simple move. Stretch out those tight hammies and calf muscles while strengthening those arm and shoulder muscles. For extra oomph, add in a few downward dog pushups!
