Hi there! Day 5 of the Twelve Days of Fitness and this one is a doozy! Ski squats will help you stay nice and toned this holiday season. Just don’t complain to me if you are a little sore tomorrow. Bonus points if you can do it while holding a baby.
It’s ski season! Don’t hit the slopes without toning up those quads or you’ll be sorry. With your back against a wall, drop into a squat and hold it for one minute. This one burns but better now than later!

I love squats! Oh my gosh, last week I took a kettle bell class and the instructor was making me do sumo squats with my butt practically touching the ground holding 25 lb dumb bells…my quads were SO SORE for like 4 days! Haha.
