Happy Monday friends! A short week for most people I hope! Tomorrow I’m braving a four hour (without traffic!) drive to my parents house with the babe. I’m hoping all goes well. He likes the car so I’m optimistic! We’ve made it to Day 9 of the Twelve Days of Fitness! The days are flying by! Check out today’s challenge.
Top the Tree
Ok it is really just calf raises but you can do them while putting the top on the tree or brushing your teeth (that’s what I do) or whenever you have a few minutes. Do them for one minute and tell me your calves don’t burn!
Readers, are you traveling for the holidays? Any tips for traveling with a baby? What’s your favorite way to work your calves!
I hope the car drive goes well! Your lucky your baby likes the car! Our baby hates it. He’s such a good baby, but when he gets in the car….it’s a whole ‘nother story! Ha. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your parents!
I thought all babies liked the car!? It went ok. The first half he cried uncontrollably. We were in stop and go traffic and silly mommy didn’t realize he had peed himself and was soaking wet. After a change and some food, the second half meant sleep for mom and baby! 🙂
Have a wonderful Christmas with your new baby ! I found travelling with them easy… until they are a little older and get car sick. Mine threw up (on me I must say) more than once ! No feeding them BEFORE you get in the car, especially milk products. Ha.
Hahahaha!!! This is probably about all most can muster today so it’s a good one 🙂 Luckily I still have a spin class to reach and the day care at the gym is open in the morning on Christmas Eve!!…then we’re having a pool party for all the kids. It should be a great way to start the day.
Good luck getting to the Cape. Have an absolutely wonderful first Christmas with your family! xoxoxo
