Hi all! Hope you had a lovely holiday! We are still enjoying holiday cheer over at the Bendall case but I wanted to continue with the 12 Days of Fitness!
I’d love to say that Day 10 is play in the snow, but around these parts there is hardly ever any snow around the holidays! Instead let’s make snow angels–no actual snow required!
To do the snow angel:
Lie down on the floor.
Bring arms overhead while bringing legs out wide.
Bring arms and legs in. Repeat 5 times.
Jump up. Hit the floor again and repeat!
