Hey guys! How is your week going? We’ve had some great weather here so I’ve been pretty excited for the beach! I’ve been taking a bunch of cool shots and posting them on Instagram, so follow me if you want to see them! Also, just a reminder that I’ll be hosting Throwback Thursday link-up tomorrow. It’s your chance to post an old post that you think deserves revisiting because it is super awesome!
On to today’s topic. I was so stoked that you guys enjoyed my first Fit Fashion Club! I’m having a ton of fun photographing them and I can’t wait to share the rest with you. Last time I talked about Fabletics (affiliate link) but this time I’m going to switch it up a bit and show case both a Fabletics top and an Athleta bottom.
Ok, so I know what you are thinking…plain black capris, how boring! Well, my friends, these are not just any capris, these are pretty much my favorite capris of all time. First of all, they are short and only go until the knee. Us people who are not model height appreciate having our legs look a tad bit longer and that sometimes gets lost with tights that go to the ankle. Have you ever tried to find knee length capris? It’s not easy. These ones from Athleta are the Chaturanga Yoga Knickers and they are amazing. Also, please note my yoga mat from Athleta’s Mind Over Madness Yoga in Times Square event and yes, I match my mat to my outfit.
My top is another Fabletics find and I am obsessed with this pattern!
I love the purple/teal combo and it is such a cool print. It’s called the Tahoe Tank and comes in tons of different colors, but this one is my favorite! It’s called Animal Impression and while I think it might be slightly reminiscent of a snakeskin print, I hate snakes, so we are just going to go with a cool animal print in orchid color! Although the back is simple, it has a flattering and supportive cut.
And finally, my black Sparkly Soul headband. These are the only headbands that really stay on my head. My fair is very fine and super slippery so I appreciate a headband with good sticking power that doesn’t tangle your hair.
Readers, what’s your latest fitness obsession? What kind of headwear do you sport when you workout?

July 8, 2015I’m loving that first shot with all the graffiti – very hip my friend 🙂 And, of course, I absolutely love Athleta and just received a little package from them yesterday. I think I now have about 5 of their swim skirts! I love wearing them to the beach with the boys since I’m constantly moving and don’t have to worry about my bottoms! Enjoy the shores of the Cod!!

July 8, 2015Sparkly Soul headbands are pure magic — the only ones I’ve found that stay on my head, as well. Love them!
