Flexibility + Barre Challenge {Giveaway}

Hi all!  I can’t believe August is almost over.  I’ve been having an amazing time this month hosting #FindYourFlexibility challenge on Instagram.  If you’ve been following along this month, thank you so much!!  I hope that you’ve found some flexibility this month.

The winner of this month’s challenge will receive a piece of jewelry from Momentum Jewelry.  I found out about Momentum Jewelry when I was at Blogfest this year and I fell in love with the idea.  Basically it is jewelry you can workout in and the sayings on it are meant to motivate you.  So when you are slogging away on a long run, you can look down at your laces and check out the cool saying on your Foot Note to motivate you.

Or when you are holding the never-ending plank, you can check out your Motivate Wrap and have the strength to push through.  The winner will get to select a Foot Note or Motivate Wrap, a color and saying.  So why am I telling you all of this?  Because NOW is your chance to catch up!  All you have to do is join in the challenge and post the photos from the last month and you can be entered to win this fabulous prize.  PLUS, I may have some fun things for the runner’s up so everybody wins!  And, of course, you will improve your flexibility, which is the whole point of the challenge!

Oh, and are you so excited by this challenge that you just can’t wait for another one?  Well, in September I’ll be hosting a new challenge.  This one is focused on barre and pilates, it’s called #Tighten&Tone. The winner of this challenge gets a month’s supply of Siggi’s Yogurt.  How awesome is that!?!? It’s super easy to participate in this challenge.

    I so am enjoying #FindYourFlexibility this month (August). It will also be a treat to do #tightenandtone–count me in. Although I will be away for a while–I will do catch-up! A great deal of enjoyment for me is with Pilates and Barre as you point out #barre and #pilates.

    Love Momentum Jewelry… I bought one of their wrist wraps at Blogfest last year!

    It’s awesome that you’re partnering up with Siggi’s for next month’s challenge – I LOVE their yogurt, and just stocked up on some yesterday!

      I finally tried Siggis for the first time at Blogfest this year and I was amazed! The lack of sugar was so good!!
