Simple Snacking with Graze

Hi friends!  So apparently my comments are all being marked as spam because technology loves me so much.  I think I fixed it but I now all this spam is coming through.  Go figure.  But the most important thing is that I want to be able to hear from you!

In my life there is a big debate about whether to snack or not to snack.  On the one hand, snacking is so satisfying and tasty and fuels me through the day.  On the other hand, I want to make sure that my snacks are healthy.

I heard about Graze recently, a snack delivery service, and I decided I had to check it out.  Just as the name implies, Graze is really meant for grazing.  The snack boxes offer small servings of each snack so your snack choice is perfectly portion controlled (anyone else sit down for a “snack” only to eat 1/2 a bag of tortilla chips and salsa?  guilty.).  The snacks are varied including nuts, trail mixes, dried fruit, crackers, bars, etc.  When you sign up, you can select snacks that you would love to try and some you might be interested in and then totally reject others so each box is customized to your palate.

Actually one of my favorite parts about the entire experience is the surprise in each box.  I love checking out the new snacks when they arrive.  I ordered the 8 Snack Variety Box, which came every two weeks and it was the perfect amount of snacks for that time period.  Plus, I loved that I didn’t get bored of the snacks and there was always something new to try.  That particular box costs $11.99.  Other options include a 4 Snack Box ($6.99), a Sweat Treat Box (nutritionist approved!), a Savory Box, a Flapjack Box and a Sharing Box (bags of snacks).

I also really like that they offer nutrition specific boxes such as:

  • Calorie Count Box (all snacks under 150 calories)
  • Sugar Count Box (all snacks under 5g of sugar)
  • Protein Box
  • Afternoon Pick-Me-Up Box (full of protein and/or fiber)

Overall I though the snacks were delicious, fun and perfectly portioned.  I highly recommend!

Readers, have you tried Graze?  Are you a big snacker?
