Barre Week Wrap Up

Hi all!  Thanks so much for your enthusiasm over Barre Week!  I hope you had as much time reading about it as I did writing it and putting it together.

In case you missed it, here’s a little recap:

The Best Barre Resources

The Best Barre Studios

The Best Online Barre Classes

The Best Barre DVDs

Barre Class Playlist

Barre Moves for Beginners

And no week would be complete without a little fashion advice.

I feel like every single different type of workout has its own look and fashion feel to it.  Runners are all about their compression socks, cyclists love their bike shorts, triathletes their suits, tennis chicks love their skirts.  In barre, we are all about long, clean lines and sticky socks.  I’ve put together a little inspiration if you are looking for some cool digs to wear to your barre class!
