Ok, I’m super excited to tell you guys that I partnered with Booya Fitness to create a workout plan called 8 Weeks to a Dancer’s Body. You guys know how obsessed I am with barre and pilates and this workout has that and so much more. Every week we focus on getting in some dance cardio, yoga and/or stretching plus barre and pilates to help improve your posture (have you EVER seen a dancer slouch?), increase flexibility, torch major calories and create toned muscles.
Seriously, when you guys are done with this plan, you’ll all look like Misty Copland (the lawyer in me feels the need to say that results may vary and I can’t guarantee that you will look or move like her or be accepted into a professional dance company . . .). Seriously, you will stand taller, feel and look slimmer and increase your flexibility.
The workouts are 6 days a week for 8 weeks. Everyday I provide you with the daily workout, tips and motivation and ideas like recipes. I even have some special stuff for you on your rest days! Check out the plan here!

Thank you, I don’t mind if I do have those almond and coconut stuffed dates along with the tea that is in that beautiful blue tea pot! I need to check out this Booya Fitness so that I can try that 8 weeks to a Dancer’s Body–which I don’t expect but I would like the workout as it sounds fabulous!
