Hello hello! How were your holidays? I hope you are enjoying some much needed downtime as 2015 draws to a close. I know I have been enjoying some R&R and will be returning to my normally scheduled program in 2016. But I didn’t want to leave you hanging, so I’m posting a few photos from our Christmas together. It was just the three of us but we managed to have an excellent time with good food and good fun! Cooper LOVED his gifts and it was so fun to watch him open gifts.

I made Christmas dinner for the two of us. These apps were delicious and simple: prosciutto wrapped figs and crostini with ricotta and honey.
Drunk pork roast (really it used 3/4 a bottle of wine!) and sauteed spinach.
