Hi! So I feel like I’ve been so focused on workouts, fitness and food that I haven’t given you much of a peek inside life lately. So here we go, today it is all about life lately…in pictures of course!
You’d be surprised by how many days we have overcast here. It can be rainy and gray for at least a week. But when it is sunny and glorious…ahhhh! This is a photo I took recently at the golf club we joined.
A recent date night:
This is when I get fancy people. Shoes, dress, nails…the works!
And yes, we are home at the reasonable hour of 10pm. We live it up people!
I love how they put flowers in our bottle of wine! So adorable!!!
We had Greek food and I had this really nice shrimp dish while Pete’s veggies stole the show. Who would have thought!?
These two!!!!! Hearts!
This acai breakfast was delicious and healthy!
This little food monger wanted in! Haha!
Clapping! He is really good at standing but has zero interest in walking. He is so fast at crawling, he immediately defaults to that!
We went to Eatly recently and ate at the pizza bar there. Oh my gosh. So good! But it was like an hour and a half wait, which with a little guy is not cool. They told us 40 minutes, which we were ok with but obviously that is double!! We ordered the margherita pizza (always a fav) and then a salad and we didn’t realize it was a salad pizza but it was so so good!
Readers, what have you been up to lately? Tell me something good that has happened to you. What are you looking forward to coming up?
I will never get tired of pictures of Brazil or your adorable son!!! I cannot believe how big he is.
You look gorgeous in your date night get up and I can totally relate to being home and in bed at 10pm. LAME but such is life with kids, right?
That pizza looks amazing and I had never thought of or heard of salad pizza but yes please!
Looks like a beautiful time on date night. I would take that pizza any day of the week or any time of day. Recently, we went to the movies and saw The Revenant with Leonardo DeCaprio. The cinematography was shockingly beautiful. The scenes were poignant and Leo’s acting was his best ever. Soon I will be doing some traveling. My temporary position is over on Thursday and my consulting is busy–that is what I have been doing! OH, and there is a new car in the garage.
