Hiii all! Happy Tuesday. Yesterday we had a bit of a day off so today is my Monday! Over the weekend we had some nice weather and the Hubs and I decided to take the little man out for a bike ride. It was amazing! He LOVED it! We rode for about 2 hours and he was so adorable in his little helmet holding on to the front. He laughed when we went around corners.
It’s been awhile since my last Fit Fashion Club so I’m bringing it back! This time with some Graffiti Style. I think a more urban feel has started infiltrating our current fitness wardrobes and it doesn’t surprise me.
I feel like I could lift 100 lbs in these pants because they are so cool and edgy.
Or maybe a feel handstands!
These pants are a Fabletics find. If you are unfamiliar with Fabletics brand, I’ve talked about the fitness fashion subscription service before here. I love how they always have on trend athletic clothing and these pants are absolutely no exception. Honestly the tank, which is also Fabletics is a bit of a throwaway. You could wear anything with these pants so long as they don’t overpower it!
My one complaint about these pants is that they could use a bit more stretch to them. I feel like this for most of the clothes I get from Fabletics. Basically, I find that the material is stretchy but only to a certain point and when you are wearing a bold pattern like this, it can look a bit strained if the fabric doesn’t stretch enough when you move. But given the lower price point of these pants compared to some of my favorite brands, I can see why they are a little less stretchy!
I would recommend this outfit and these pants for cross training, spinning, lifting, and cardio. I wore it to a cardio dance class and thought that they felt really good on during the class. I probably wouldn’t recommend them for classes that involve a lot of length and stretching (barre, pilates, yoga, etc) or running because I think they would be too hot.
Aww your 2 men in their helmets! What a great plan on a sunny day. Colorful and patterned workout pants are my favorite – they’re so fun. For so many years I avoided all patterns on pants from an idea that they weren’t “flattering.” I grew up with this notion of flattering or not flattering, and only things that made me seem more slender than I was were flattering. It was totally oppressive and depressing – waiting for the day that I’d be skinnier and could “get away” with patterned pants. Once I could let that mindset go, now that’s almost all I wear – workout & otherwise! I love the colors on yours – especially with those sneakers!
Oh my gosh! I soooo agree with you. And honestly, no one ever said to me “I love your plain black yoga pants, they make you look so skinny” but I have received a lot of compliments on my patterned leggings!
OMG the bike pictures are just too adorable!! So glad he loves biking so much – that gives you yet another thing to do together 🙂
I agree about Fabletics. I have some of their stuff and it’s good for the price point but I’m not overly enthusiastic about the pieces. I do, however, LOVE the prints and fun styles they always have – like the amazing pants you’re sporting here.
Love the graffiti capris! I don’t think I have any graffiti workout clothes yet, but I’d totally nab those Fabletics ones.
Awww Cooper looks SO cute!! I went with a girlfriend and her toddler for a bike ride recently, and it was so adorable seeing how excited he got riding in the front. That’s a great way for you and your hubby to get in a workout together while also bringing the little man along for some fun!
You look great in Graffiti style. For me “profile” I prefer a solid with a splash of color like a stripe. I will check out Fabletics again and see what is there! Also, I have gone back to liking the straight leg look. By the way, those two guys on bikes are too, too cute!
