Friday’s Food & Fitness: Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Hello and happy Friday to you!  How was your week?  Mine flew by!  I really have no idea what happened and the next thing I knew it was the weekend.  I took Cooper to a music class this week and it was absolutely adorable.  He started out standing behind me with his hands on my back because he was a bit shy but then he became really interested in the guitar and the shakers and the rattle balls!

Welcome to Friday’s Food & Fitness!  I’ve got a great recipe for you this week plus an exciting new video!

This is a good one!  I’ve got a delicious and healthy Thai recipe for you!  If you are like me and enjoy some great Thai takeout but feel guilty about the amount of oil and coconut milk, you are going to love this recipe.  Plus, it is super quick and simple to make, I promise you will finish putting it together before the delivery guy even has time to get to your house!

Hi Britt, Your no-equipment workout is great. I did it and it is very varied and keeps changing it up! Keep up the great work. Also, I would love these lettuce wraps for any lunch time or dinner time meal! Nice recipe.
