Hi all! I totally was still half asleep this morning and thought it was the weekend and then realized it was Monday. Whomp whomp. But actually, I’m going to turn that frown upside down and get excited for Monday!! It’s full of possibilities this week–fun times with the little guy, great workouts, good food. It’s going to be a good week!
Back when I lived in NYC, I was obsessed with trying out the latest boutique fitness studio. I love how there are so many ways to workout at home now…except that the sweating I do at home is on a bike or treadmill. Although I wouldn’t use these, I love the idea of it and that it exists for a time when I’m not training for something specifically…whenever that is!!

I really enjoyed 8 Weeks to a Dancer’s Body. The different workout routines were do-able yet challenging especially when put two together when more time allowed for me to do that! I will have to get back into my Booya classes soon! I do like a prescribed format and I like to try different types of exercise!
