Welcome to Friday’s Food & Fitness! I’ve got quite possibly the most delicious Tropical Fruit Juice Recipe for you!
Ok this recipe is maybe my favorite juice recipe of all time. No joke! I am obsessed. Now, first I have to set the scene. I want you to think back to the last time you were on a tropical vacation somewhere. I’m going to think back to when I was in Hawaii. Got that picture in your mind? Ok now I want you to recall the taste of that time. Chances are it involves fruity, sweet and maybe slightly tart. The exotic fruits that are quintessentially tropical make up this amazing juice recipe.
This recipe only has 4 ingredients and all are pretty easy!
Fitness was a little on the DL this week after being sick. I did, however, spend some time stretching and man it felt good! I definitely do not stretch enough.
