Hello! It’s FriYAY! I’m so excited because I’m heading off for a little R&R this afternoon before date night. Definitely a YAY for me this Friday! I don’t know who is more tired from playing together all week: me or Cooper.
Welcome to Friday’s Food & Fitness!
Pete and I celebrated our 4th Anniversary last weekend. I can’t believe how quickly 4 years has flown by!
I still feel like it was yesterday that we were getting married on Maui. Ohhhhhh I would love to go back!
But instead, we headed out for dinner on Friday night just the two of us to La Tambouille, a cute little French restaurant.
We decided since we were out and it was our anniversary, we would go big or go home.
Cheers to the Dom!
We started out with some foie gras on an apple chutney. It was delicious but so rich! I couldn’t finish my portion!
Then I had shrimp in a champagne sauce topped with caviar and accompanied by champagne rice. Like I said, go big or go home.
The hubs had a truffle lobster and pasta dish.
And I couldn’t help taking a photo of the flowers that were on our table because they reminded me of the centerpieces for our wedding!
Our colors were pink and yellow just like this!
Exciting news people!! Although I LOVE teaching my online classes, I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be back for Season 2 of Balance Barre Fitness classes on Cape Cod this summer!!!
