Hey hey, it’s Friday! I totally dropped the ball on the whole Cinco de Mayo thing but, did you know that tomorrow, Saturday, May 7 is Global Pilates Day? I have a ton of suggestions for you on how to celebrate so read on to find out!

So you know what they say, a smoothie a day keeps the doctor away. Wait, they don’t say that? Well, they should! This smoothie is not only a healthy great way to start the day, it is a pretty pink, which happens to be my favorite color!
Plus, it is super easy to make! All you need is one frozen banana (life hack-I do a big prep for my smoothies for the week chopping everything up and then freezing it in individual bags so I can just pull them out in the am), 1/2 cup of coconut water and 1/2 a pink pitaya. Blend and enjoy!
