Hello!  Welcome Friday!  I’m so happy to see you.

Welcome to Friday’s Food & Fitness!  I’ve got a great dessert for you so read on!







I don’t know about you but I love dessert.  It is something to look forward to at the end of a meal.  But, of course, we all know those desserts dripping in chocolate, butter or other goodness are not the healthiest for us.  What to do?  Well, I’ve got a great recipe here with a secret ingredient to take the guilt out of dessert.

How was your fitness week?  I had a good one over here.  Two tough pilates workouts plus lots of teaching and a tennis lesson!

    You so need to post those poses as they are beautiful! I try your poses & imagine I can hold them as well as you which gives me confidence! The mousse with the avocado for texture & fat is brilliant. Any dessert speaks to me😊

    Oh yes, I love dessert! I try to balance out my sweet tooth by adding something dessert-y into my meals – i.e. right now I’m eating a yogurt with fruit and a few mini chocolate chips for lunch. My go-to after dinner dessert is a mini dark chocolate peanut butter cup. It gives me a little something without being a whole dessert!
