Hello hello! How did you spend the longest day of the year? We had a lovely dinner on our porch enjoying the late sun and I even put the baby down at 8pm instead of 7pm (lucky guy!). I have grown the most beautiful, buttery, bug-free, heads of lettuce which is ready now. I love summer veggies in any form: salads, pizza toppings, pasta plates, crudités, casseroles, juices, etc. Summer fruits are a real treat, too; just like candy, but juicy.
