Hello! Welcome to Friday’s Food & Fitness! This has been such a crazy busy week. I honestly don’t even remember everything I did. But I do remember this little guy LOVING every minute of being outside with his Mimi and Pop Pop.
Ohhhhh food! I love food. The minute I touched down in Florida, I knew that I would be right at home. It all started with breakfast. Overnight oats with toasted coconut and berries for the win. Plus options like quinoa porridge, toast with any kind of nutbutter (I thought I would love the pistachio more than I did), healthy omelettes and so much more.
And of course, a plethora of seafood to delight any appetite!

Ever since I hit the ground, I’ve been running around to different studios, taking class and working hard! I’m officially calling this Barre Tour 2016!
First there was Xtend Barre Boca Raton!
Then came Xtend Barre Boca Pilates!
Followed by Xtend Barre Newbury Street in Boston.
Oh yeah, and a super fun trampoline cardio session thrown in there for good measure!
I did this one out on my porch so I could look out at the water while I jumped my little heart out!
I have a new category today! I couldn’t resist hitting up the spa in Boca Raton and I’m so glad I did. It was unbelievable! This is the face of one very happy & relaxed momma!
I’m all about relaxation and a good massage plus some time in the steam and sauna are just the ticket. Plus they had these amazing ritual baths. It was like a whole secret room!
