Hello and happy Friday! How has your week been? I honestly don’t know how it is already Friday. This week flew by. And after 6 weeks of family visiting, we are left just the three of us. It feels weird!

So much eating out! I love traveling but it means a lot of eating out! I am always excited to find something healthy to munch on! Recently, I found this gem of yogurt, fruit and granola. So good!
I can’t help it but when I travel, I love getting cool photos in unexpected places. Sure, it makes a great Instagram shot, but it is also kind of neat to have a photo of yourself not just standing there! From my recent travels I combined some pilates, barre and yoga moves for a little fitspo. Check it out!
Oh and I also hopped on the treadmill at the gym at the Sheraton more than once for a sweaty workout overlooking the ocean. Definitely better than looking at a wall!
Plus, it was nice to relax in the steam, sauna and whirlpool after. I love traveling!
