Can you believe Christmas is only 12 days away!?! I think I’m in denial because I haven’t done anything!!  Time to start decorating. 

With only 12 days left to go, it’s time to start the 12 Days of Fitness!  At this time of year it can be so hard to include fitness into your routine.  With all of the parties, cookies, hit chocolate and present shopping, out health tends to fall by the wayside.  I’ve made it easy for you to sneak in some fitness even if you don’t feel you have a ton of time. 

For the next 12 days, I’ll be posting one move a day to challenge you.  You only need to do the move for one minute, rest for 15 seconds and then repeat again for one minute.  Boom!  In less than 3 minutes you’ve completed your workout and challenged your body!   And if you feel really motivated, you can do the move several times throughout the day.
