Hello and Happy Monday! I feel like it was just Friday because this weekend went by in a flash! It started out on Friday with my birthday and it was a super fun day doing all the things I loved. I was woken up by hugs and kisses from the little guy and made myself a pink tropical breakfast.
We headed to the park for a walk and then back home to hit the pool as it has been very hot!
I got in some of my favorite workouts using the Pilates Stick and TRX–more on those workouts to come!
Before heading back to the pool, this time by myself, to read a magazine and just RELAX!
I got my hair and nails done because the Hubs promised a dinner out at one of our favorite restaurants! It was a delicious night and I got to wear my new dress!
The next day was a friend’s son’s birthday so we headed there were Coops had a ton of fun before coming home and heading back to the pool.
Sunday dawned early as we set our clocks back an hour but it was a beautiful sunny day so we headed out of town to our club. Tennis for me.
Pool for all of us and then a nice long lunch. I walked the little man in his stroller, which was great exercise for me, but it was supposed to put him to sleep and it definitely didn’t work!
Ah well, we decided to get a drink by the pool after the Hubs was done playing golf.
And just like that it was Sunday night and we were all exhausted! A perfect weekend mixed with kids activities, adult activities and plenty of fun!
Excellent workout as always. It's challenging, fun and easily one of my favorite workouts!
Fantastic class! Great technique pointers. Always new exercises to challenge oneself!
I am excited to take classes with Brittany in person this summer! I have followed Brittany online for some time. I particularly like the Barre and Pilates workout videos. Her workout techniques reflect current thinking and best practices. She supports all levels of fitness. Definitely worth a try!
Brittany is the BEST. She is inspirational, motivational and innovative. No two classes are ever the same. I'm sad when the summer classes end, but I'm looking forward to checking out her online classes this fall and winter.
My wife and I decided to give Balance Barre Fitness a try and we were not disappointed. We thought the classes would be pretty easy but were surprised at how rigorous they were. The class was great for working on our coordination and core strength. I don't get to many ...
