HIIT the Barre Featured on Mind Body Green!

I’m so excited to announce that HIIT the Barre has been featured on Mind Body Green!


By combining the toning benefits of a great barre workout, with the cardio benefits of high intensity interval training, I’ve developed HIIT the Barre to provide a true balance of a well rounded workout. In just 30 minutes, you can burn major calories, blast fat and sculpt a lean, beautiful body.  In this workout on Mind Body Green, you’ll get 9 moves: 6 barre moves and 3 HIIT moves.  The entire workout takes only 10 minutes and you’ll torch major calories!

The best part of this workout is you don’t need much equipment–just a sturdy piece of furniture to act as a ballet barre and a mat of your own comfort.  You can do this workout to some great tunes and you’ll be working up a major sweat.  Head over to Mind Body Green and check out the workout.
