Blueberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

This Blueberry Mango Smoothie Bowl has a secret veggie kick!  You won’t even notice the extra produce with the sweetness of the mango and blueberry.  With this bowl for breakfast, you’ll be well on your way to hitting your recommended fruit and veggie intake for the day!

Ingredients

1/3 cup of almond milk, unsweetened

1 1/2 cups of frozen mango

1/2 cup of chilled cooked cauliflower

2 tbsp of coconut butter

1 pitted date, chopped

Toppings:

blueberries

shredded coconut

sliced almonds

Directions

Place all the ingredients together into a blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a bowl and enjoy with a spoon!

    I am sure that I would like the blueberry mango smoothly bowl most every morning! That you included coconut is especially appealing to me! Good recipe.
