I’m so so so excited for today’s post! I’ve been working on this concept all year! I love my mini trampoline. It is such a fantastic cardio workout plus it is low-impact. It’s easy on the joints while also being bone density building. Oh, and did I mention it is super fun? Sometimes when I need a little extra cardio boost, I put on a playlist and just jump on and have fun. I love experimenting with some easy dance moves and more athletic cardio moves on the mini trampoline.
Since I also love barre, you know what happened right? I’m jumping away when I realize, I could add in some toning moves. Then I realized I could use my mini tramp as a barre. And Barre Bounce was born!
This workout completely flies by. It is not a boring treadmill workout, it isn’t your traditional barre workout, it is somewhere in between. It is cardio, strength, toning and major calories burned!

I actually love my mini trampoline because it isn’t expensive, it is lightweight and doesn’t take up a ton of space in the basement. There are huge ones you can get that are a bit expensive but I just bought a little cheap one and it works great! You can check out my affiliate recommendation in my shop by clicking here.
I also used weighted gloves for the upper body segment in this video. They are 1lb each and worked great for this non-stop upper body workout. You can wear the weighted gloves during the cardio segments as well if you want a little extra resistance to help get your heart rate higher and burn more calories. The workout is full-length (one hour) and starts with a Warm Up followed by Cardio Interval 1. Then we add the weighted gloves for some Upper Body work on the tramp. Followed by Cardio Interval 2. You can choose to leave the weighted gloves on if you like! We then go onto to Barre Legs 1 on the mini tramp. Followed by Cardio Interval 3. Then Barre Legs on the floor using the mini trampoline as our barre! Finally we hit Cardio Interval 4, our final cardio block before heading back down to the floor for Glutes using the tramp as our barre. We end with Abs on the tramp!
