Thanksgiving! It’s just days away and while I know lots of people are getting excited for turkey with all the fixings, a lot of us are also inwardly groaning. All the food and treats. This is the kickoff to the holiday season that often ends in expanding waistlines. But it doesn’t have to mean the beginning of the end of button pants. This year, do a Thanksgiving Pretox!
What’s a pretox? A pretox is like a detox but you do it before the event that would normally require detoxing. So here’s how this Thanksgiving Pretox works.
