Mat Madness Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the Mat Madness Pilates & Barre Challenge!

Today’s workout is all about the juxtaposition between toning and lengthening.  You need both to really make changes in your body and how you feel.  This class focuses on the strength and stretch that will help you got further, do more and look and feel great.

After you complete today’s workout, don’t forget to:

  1. Check in with your accountability buddy.  An email, text or message will do!  Cheer them on.
  2. Post a sweaty selfie on Instagram with the hashtag #BBFMatMadness.  Don’t be afraid to like and comment on someone else’s awesome sweaty selfie!
