Your halfway! Let’s celebrate with some arm work. I love this workout because you don’t need to use weights or any other equipment to tone and shape your arms. I promise you, you will definitely feel the burn. Gravity can act as a great resistor! Plus, these are great moves to have on hand when you are traveling or need a quick workout (think bathtime, lunch or tv workout!).
